[BRLTTY] Compilation problems on Windows

Where has your brltty.exe been installed?

Where has your Tables directory been installed?

I don't seem to understand this question. I was under impression that the
tables present in the directory *brltty-5.1/**Tables/*  will be a part of
the executable. Do I have to install them separately?
