[BRLTTY] Compilation problems on Windows

Please ignore the previous post, sent in error.

The command
/usr/bin/install -c -m 644 ../Tables/*.tt[bi] /tmp/foobar/etc/brltty
gives the same error.

Is there any work-around for this issue?
