[BRLTTY] Compilation problems on Windows

I execute the following command:

$ mkwin .

and it returns with this error
./mkwin: line 105: /c/Program Files/AutoHotkey/Compiler/Ahk2Exe.exe: No
such file or directory

The file Ahk2Exe.exe is actually not present, but is it really required for
my purpose? If yes, where can I get it?
