[BRLTTY] Cannot install Windows version of BRLTTY on 64-bit system

As it turned out, I did have the wrong package. I got the brltty-win-4.5-x package.

Am I correct that the package should be installed in the Windows directory?

Working from the thumb drive where I currently have the package, I can get brltty.exe to work after using brlttyconf to set the display and Com port. But when I use brl-api to set up Python (so I can use NVDA), I get the error that no Pythhon directory was found. My assumption is that no Python system is installed on my machine. Am I correct?

Many thanks.
