I see no USB vendor/product pair in your log that matches any known by brltty's 
HIMS driver. Is yours a newer model?

Do you perhaps need to do something on it to switch it from Bluetooth to USB?

Could you please post a copy of your /sys/kernel/debug/usb/devices file?
