[BRLTTY] problem using humanware bc 640 comfort with brltty

I did a make clean after applying, but I see now I did not do make
install, so hang on.
So, I got an error that said something about request pin, operation not
permitted, so I went through manually pairing via the command line and
after that it  is now working -- thanks very much.
