Where are the tunable events listed at? Like arrowing beyond the last

How does that help with the scroll buttons changing  the menu items? 
Seems it'd just be easier to use the space bar to go through the various 
choices for a menu option, instead of assigning multiple functions to a 
key. For instance, let's say you land on the translation table option. 
You can use the space bar to cycle through all the translation tables, 
instead of the scroll buttons. The scroll buttons will maintain their 
usual function--that is, scrolling.
