This is in the subsection with the title Menu Bindings. That means that it's a 
binding defined for when you're in the menu. In an earlier section with the 
title Default Bindings, which is for when you're not in a special environment, 
the binding is:

* enter/leave preferences menu:
  + ETouchLeftFront+ETouchRightFront
  + Space+Dot1+Dot2+Dot3+Dot4
