Brltty tracks where the cursor is. Some programs don't take care of ensuring 
that the cursor is placed on the current item. They use visual highlighting for 
that, which brltty doesn't yet track. Some programs have an option, e.g. lynx 
has -show-curosr, that instructs them to place the cursor on the current item.
