[BRLTTY] Is brltty in the repository?

brltty is a part of the main repo of packages, so you shouldn't have
to add anything.
Simply type:

apt-get update

To refresh package list and then:

apt-get install brltty

I don't have a running debian system here at the moment but the above
were the case last time I used brltty on debian.
