[BRLTTY] Is someone makikng a package of BRLTTY 5.3.1 for Debian?

There is one for Debian Unstable, but as far as I know, nobody is working on a
package for the stable release. There are reasons why I never run Debian
Stable on my laptop; I prefer software that is more up to date.
