There are many braille displays supported by BRLTTY. I think you would make a
better purchasing decision by finding a few types of braille display that you
like, then asking on this list whether they are well supported.

I have heard favourable comments about the new VarioUltra displays from Baum.
Optelec also have a good reputation, and they recently merged with Freedom
Scientific, so I would suggest finding out which displays they can offer to
you. I don't know what they sell in the EU market currently.
