[BRLTTY] brltty spamming /var/log/syslog

Hello,

A user has reported in Debian that he gets spam from brltty in
/var/log/syslog:

host brltty[204]: file system mount error: usbfs[brltty-usbfs] -> /var/run/brltty/usbfs: No such device

I guess he just doesn't have the usbfs module. Should brltty just try
once and not try again if that kind of mount fails (there is no hope it
will work later).
