[BRLTTY] problem with brltty and polkit

Sure enough, if I change brltty to use the brlapi.key file, it works fine.
I would like to get the polkit working, however.
Thanks for your suggestion, as I can at least use it while I try to figure 
out the correct fix for polkit.
