[BRLTTY] autospeak=yes and using BRLTTY without braille display

I've been thinking mroe about it. I'm now of the opinion that a braille user 
would usually select a speech driver in order for the explicit speech functions 
(SAY_LINE, etc) to work, and that autospeaking everything is an option that 
should be explicitly enabled. I'm not saying that I'm right, of course, but 
just explaining what I'm now thinking.

I do intend to implement an option for setting preferences from the command 
line (or, of course, from the configuration file).
