[BRLTTY] problem shortcut with Baum VarioUltra

Hello,

I confirm this.

VarioUltra doesn't seems send combination keystroke With 
DisplayKey+RoutingKey (DisplayKey = D(isplay)1, D2, D3, D4, D5 and D6).

As a result, all definitions in `/Input/bm/routing6.kti` don't work.

For some definitions it doesn't matter because there is an alternative 
defined in `keyboard.kti` file (eg: DESCCHAR, CLIP_NEW, CLIP_ADD, 
COPY_LINE, COPY_RECT, etc.).

But many command definitions are unique (in `routing6.kti` file): 
CLIP_COPY, SETLEFT, PRINDENT, NXINDENT, PRDIFCHAR, NXDIFCHAR, SETMARK, 
GOTOMARK, SWITCHVT, etc..

Therefore, it's necessary to define an alternative for all prior 
definitions in `keyboard.kti` (eg: `bind dot4+b10+RoutingKey SWITCHVT`).
