[BRLTTY] how to use brltty on mac

I am sorry but I don't think there is any need to do this. I have never had to play around in the graphical system of Apple to do work on the brltty and screen install. Something could have changed and I could be wrong but I've neverhad to do this.

(It is not in the terminal but in graphics mode with voiceover.
