[BRLTTY] how to add support for Brltty X11 driver in Xorg session

There's some confusion. Fedora's brltty-xw package is for the XWindow braille 
driver, which is for emulating a braille device within an X display. What's 
needed is Fedora's brltty-at-spi2 package, which is for brltty's AtSpi2 screen 
driver.
