[BRLTTY] baum pronto keys don't work

Hi!

 

I have been using brltty 5.5 on arch linux x86-64 for a while.

I have used my Baum VarioUltra 40 braille display, but recently it stopped
working.

So I switched over to my Baum Pronto 18 instead.

But brltty ignores all keys that I press on the display.

I have enabled keypad input, so I can control brltty via the keyboard. But
it is very inefficient to read 18 characters on the display, move one hand
to the numpad and move the braille window one step and then put the hand
back on the display again to continue reading.

However, the keypad stopps work together with brltty once I try to use it
inside vim.

I have tried to press on a key on the display many times very fast, and
brltty detects the key press after approximately 4 to 8 times.

In my eyes, this is a very strange behavior.

Can anyone help me?

Just tell me what to do, wich log-files to check etc.
