No, not yet. I'm still thinking about it. My 46 years of programing experience 
has taught me many things, including that, way more often than not, doing 
something in the wrong place is a recipe for problems. Sure, brltty's speech 
support could implement a dictionary, but is that really the right place to do 
it? Isn't it the job of the speech renderer - not the screen renderer - to 
render speech correctly?

As I said, I'm not a speech user so it could well be that I'm not thinking 
straiht, here. I also have had next to no exposure to what other screen readers 
do or don't do regarding speech dictionaries. I'm wondering, though, if this 
request is being made of us because those who support speech synthesizers tend 
to be perhaps, somewhat less responsive.
