[BRLTTY] display braille unicode TTY

Is there something equivalent for CentOS/Red Hat?
The package involved is not in my repo's, and the file in /etc/default is
lacking as well.
I find a lot of font in /usr/lib/kbd/consolefonts, but lo Lat15*, Just
Lat{0-9}...
