[BRLTTY] Speak indentation

Hi

I'm rarely working without a braille display and would still like to look at
some code. Especially Python is very picky about indentation and therefore I
would like to request a functionality that, if switched on, would the number and
kind of indentation when changing the current line. For instance "eight spaces"
or "three tabs". Ideally, this function could have a key stroke assigned to it,
so that it could be switched on, if required.

Thanks
Sebastian
