[BRLTTY] Speak indentation

I think the wording of this request may have been a bit hard to understand. If
I'm understanding it correctly then making spaces and/or tabs visible won't
resolve it.

My understanding of this request is that it's for when NOT using a braille
display - i.e. when using speech alone. When using speech, counting characters
isn't exactly easy. That's why I believe a feature to speak the number o
leading spaces is being requested.

Is my understanding correct?
