The first (of two) commands - SPEAK_INDENT - has been implemented. It provides
a way to manually request that the indentation of the current line be spoken.

For those using the keypad keyboard table, it's bound to:

   kpPlus+kpZero+kpMultiply

For those using the laptop keyboard table, it's bound to:

   tab+controlLeft+nine
