[BRLTTY] brltty ndoes not start on os x mojave

You are lucky.

As Apple has enforced the security in 10.14,
some applications  are blocked by the security center, 
If:  they are not  written by a known developer.
but in this case there is  a  report in the logs,  but not in my case.

 I  will continue to  investigate
