[BRLTTY] skipping broken cells

Hi all. I have a Vario Ultra 20 with dots that don't work, in cells 6, 7,
and somewhere around 18 and 19. Is there a way in BRLTTY to have those
cells skipped, so that braille simply continues on the next uneffected
cell? Of course, this would have to be set up by the user, but I think this
could allow displays to hang on a little longer.
As an aside, I'm hopefully going to be getting an Actilino braille display.
I hope that works well with BRLTTY.
