[BRLTTY] skipping broken cells

Thanks so much for considering this issue. I'd love to use my Vario Ultra
for a little while longer, after all it was $2500 with tax, and I don't see
any other screen reader implimenting this, even though I've asked, so I'm
glad this is being talked about here.
