[BRLTTY] What is the best way to deal with Unicode characters?

When reading, I find that I can usually infer by context. So, for logical
operators, I'd probably add dot 8 to n for not, to a vertical bar for or, and
to an ampersand for and. Now, for me, that'd mean that dots 123468 could either
be a c with a cedilla or a logical and, but the context would tell me which it
is. If you also need to write them, of course, it isn't that simpe.
