[BRLTTY] ALVA Satellite Traveler 544 Question

Hi dear Brian,
I could run the ALVA Satellite using BRLTTY and NVDA. But, the quality of
dots on the display aren't so good. Is there any setting availlable for dot
firmness in BRLTTY?
