Thanks for the list. Yes, it's something I'm indeed in the middle of working
on. The list you sent me uses the Alt and Shift keys, so is it to be used with
an external keyboard?

I'm designing it to work with the braille keyboard on a braille device. My
current list is below. I'm not sure what to do for heading levels 1 through 6.
