[BRLTTY] Android: querying the window title

The latest Android apk has a new global function - F14, also Space + Dots78 +
Dots2456 (w) - which shows the title of the current window. Among other things,
therefore, it's a way to find out which app you're currently using.

Also, there's more annotation of web pages when using Chrome. For example, it's
now easy to know where you are when reading through a table.
