While this would work as a means to ascertain whether a given character
is capitalised or not, I don't see it being a workable solution when
proofreading a text: in that case, you want to catch miscapitalisations,
so don't necessarily know to ask the questions.  Blinking seems the only
reliable way to achieve this on a 6-dot scheme.
