[BRLTTY] totally dim screen new service independent on Brltty for Android suggestion

Dim screen of Talkback do not dim screen at all. Lamp is lighting. I need to
have totally dark screen. May be that you could even provide a Java code for
This service. But screen must be really dark. No text on it like Talkback
dim feature does.
It save battery life.
If The screen is really totally dark at all.
