Okay. You actually need three files:

   brlapi.jar, libbrlapi_java.so, libbrlapi.so

The directory where you can now get all three of them is:

   http://brltty.app/archive/Android/BrlAPI/

Once we get this right, I'll add a link to the Android section of brltty's
Download page.
