[BRLTTY] Package question

Hi,
When starting brltty I get the following error:
2021-12-05 at 13:51:53.545 [brltty] CLDR open error: No such file or directory: /usr/share/unicode/cldr/common/annotations/en.xml

Which package contains this file?
I am running CentOS 7.
