Ok, then please try the libvte-2.91-0 package version 0.62.3-1+atspi
from this repository:

deb https://people.debian.org/~sthibault/tmp/bullseye-tmp ./

You need to run
sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyring.debian.org 900CB024B67931D40F82304BD0178C767D069EE6

to get the key of the repository.
