Well, I thought about a preference in the Braille Presentation menu, but I'm
totally fine with a brltty.conf parameter. A linux screen driver parameter
might be a good options, because this is currently specific to just Linux.

On the other hand, on all those terminal emulators which do not pad wide
characters with spaces, there is a problem of misalignment as well. On those
emulators BRLTTY should offer to add that space in order to keep consecutive
lines properly aligned.

If at some point BRLTTY works well for a graphical terminal emulator, I
probably would use it, and I wish that alignment concerns were taken care of.
