[BRLTTY] binding keys don't work on netbook and mini desktop

On Linux, there are two reasons why a keyboard table wouldn't work. One is that brltty isn't running as root and doesn't belong to the input group. The other is that brltty isn't recognizing the keyboard. Please post a debug log (-ldebug -L logFile).
