[BRLTTY] API to change text table

Hi,
I'm writing a braille learning application for persian users. It needs to
be sure that the braille table for brltty is persian. So I need to change
the text table from within my application code. But it seems that
libbrlapi doesn't have this functionality.

I think that this is a use that can be occured in different scenarios and
it would be a good interface to be added to the brlapi.

Is it possible to add this api?
