I've attached two logs, one with your log categories set, another with a few
more (though I forgot debug). As I can only access this device once a week, it
might be useful.

Test steps:

1.  Start BRLTTY.
2.  Type 12345.
3.  Attach display. Everything becomes silent.
4.  Type abcdef.
5.  Unplug devices, typed characters all appear at once.
