[BRLTTY] brltty blocks banking tan apps in android

Hi,
it seems due to security reasons that most of the banking apps in
Germany  are allowing only talkback.
They  stop sending accessibility events if other accessibility services
are detected at runtime.

Contacting these apps and adding brltty would be the only way to get
brltty accepted as wanted service.

Its not a brltty problem.
