[BRLTTY] New EuroBraille model(s).

Hi Dave and all,

I unfortunately dont have a Bnote here so can't test it right now, but
here are some hints about the BNote support within Brltty, gathered from
the NVDA Source code itself which has BNote support:

- It uses the same protocol as every other Eurobraille model since Iris
(firmware 1.71 and newer) or Esys.

- It uses the same keys as Esys models

- it uses 0x12 and 0x13 for model identifty (named "bnote" and "bnote
2"), and for completeness, 0x14 and 0x15 for "book" and "bbook 2".

Of course, this is not a very good approach to do it, but, should
someone have a BNote device, I could do some tests updating the
eurobraille driver to make it recognize the device and see if it's
suffiscient to have at least a basic support to start with.

What do you think?

Cheers,

Yannick
