Hi,

Feel free to contact me in private so that we can organize tests.

I'll probably need some initial infos to start with: could you plug your
BNote to a linux box, put it into "terminal mode" (the same mode used to
control a computer on other OSes), and then on your linux box type:

lsusb -v |tee ~/usb-output.txt

this will print all attached USB devices and their associated
information, and this is needed by Brltty to identify a Braille device
before attempting to connect to it.

If the above command fails, you may need to run it using "sudo" or other
alternatives to gain root access.

Thanks,

Yannick
