I think that may be correct, although I haven't had direct access to one of those. You can check by capturing a log with -lbrlkeys (which'll show you when each key is pressed or released). From memory, the Papenmeier models I have had direct access to would only indicate the rightmost key if multiple routing keys were pressed concurrently.
