[BRLTTY] Human ware bx40 on osx

Hello Dave,

I am trying to start brltty with  hw bx40 on Mac osx
15.4  (the version is irrelevant because it did not work  on previeous versions).
I run properly brltty 6.7 on focus blue.H
ere is the 10 last lines of debug file:
