[BRLTTY] Footsteps towards better accessibility in Linux

Hi,
My opinion:
I am perfectly happy with brltty as it is now. Adding bells and whistle
hahas the risc of making thing complicated and slow and difficult to
maintain. If you want more funcionality go to Windows and buy Jaws.
