[BRLTTY] can't connect Humanware Brailliant BI 40X using bluetooth

Hello!

I prepared https://github.com/brltty/brltty/pull/505

I found the following problems during a longer test:
1. when disconnecting the display from the computer brltty starts spamming /dev/hidraw* access errors again.
maybe wee should hide these messages by default...
2. if I don't turn off computer bt module, but only the display orca hangs until the display is connected back via bt.

> I'm sorry I forgot to answer you. That's the right file but I was hoping the issue could be resolved in a different way. After the label BRLTTY_HID_FILTER there's a rule for the NLS Zoommax. I was hoping yo'd be able to add a similar rule for your device. You can use the brltty command brltty-hid to find out what the device's HID name is.
