[BRLTTY] Latest brltty on android does not work

And few more information:

- Same happens with 6.7 build from the webpage (https://brltty.app/archive)

- 6.6 works fine on Android 14, and canot be installed on beta of 16 
with very ugly error, but i believe that because of early beta of Android.
