[BRLTTY] feature request: don't speak these chars if punctuation set to none

Hello Halim and others,

Regarding this: in BRLTTY's preferences menu, in the Autospeak Options
submenu there is an entry that says: Speak Empty Line. Can you access
this option and check its value? If it is set to Yes, could you try to
togle it to No, maybe save the preferences after that and see whether
this solves your problem?
