Hello folks,
I'm wondering, how early is it possible to start Brltty on Linux?
With a standard install, it is usually started by systemd. But I've seen
some reference to initrd or GRUB in certain files or doc. For example,
the cgg-grub file at the top-level of the Brltty repo. Is it really
possible to start Brltty within GRUB, so even before the kernel has been
loaded, if my understanding of the Linux boot sequence is correct?
Also, in the Bootdisks directory of the Brltty repo, there are some
scripts to integrate Brltty in the initrd of an ISO, and to parse boot
parameters relative to Brltty. Are these boot parameters actually
supported by some distros (bp2cf executed I guess), or, do I need to
modify some ISO by myself?
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
